2604O Motorcycle Survey Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. COMPLETING THE SURVEY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The 2604O Motorcycle Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who were invited by Clarity Research to participate in the related Motorcycle owner survey. Proof of age and residency may be required.
Employees, officers, and directors of TJ Strategic, LLC (dba Clarity Research), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”).
All eligible Motorcycle survey responses received prior to the start date will automatically be included in the drawing.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Method 1 – Survey Completion
During the Entry Period, complete the invited Motorcycle survey by mail or online. Each completed survey will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without completing the survey, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, email address (if available), phone number, and the words “Motorcycle Survey Sweepstakes Entry” on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

AMOE entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2026 and received by March 20, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.
5. Winner Selection
On or about March 25, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Motorcycle survey entries received during the Entry Period.
Two (2) winners will be selected. Winners will be notified by mail and/or email (if available). If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Motorcycle survey entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
6. Prizes
Two (2) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize consists of one (1) $250 Visa gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $250
Total ARV of all Motorcycle Sweepstakes prizes: $500
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly stated herein.
7. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or undeliverable entries.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be administered as planned due to technical failures, weather, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
9. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
